Getting Started with Delong Lab

Welcome to Delong Lab, your gateway to cutting-edge biomedical research data. This guide will help you get up and running quickly.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:

  • A Delong Lab account (sign up at the top right)
  • A crypto wallet with USDC, USDT, or ETH
  • Basic understanding of data analysis workflows

    • Quick Start

    Step 1: Browse Datasets

    Navigate to the Datasets tab to explore available research datasets. You can filter by:

  • Category (Genomics, Clinical, Imaging, etc.)
  • Size and sample count
  • Price per hour
  • License type

    • Step 2: Rent a Dataset

    Click on any dataset to view details, then use the rental panel on the right to:

  • Select your rental duration (hours, days, or months)
  • Choose your payment token (USDC, USDT, or ETH)
  • Deposit funds to the rental pool
  • Confirm your rental

    • Step 3: Access Your Workbench

    Once you've rented a dataset, click the Workbench button in the header to access your Jupyter-style notebook environment where you can analyze your data.
